Christine McCabe joined McLucas & West in 2003. Attorney McCabe is a graduate of Syracuse University and Suffolk Law and was on the Dean’s List at both institutions. She has experience working for the Department of Defense and the Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. While in law school she was a litigation law clerk for a small firm. Attorney McCabe also has interned with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and Greater Boston Legal Services where she co-authored an MCLE article on low-income employee legal issues. Her practical “hands-on” experience as a law clerk includes a variety of civil litigation tasks and both preparing and assisting in a lengthy Superior Court jury trial.
